Protexis Command provides optional SMS device alert notifications under the program name "Protexis Command Device Alerts." When SMS alerts are enabled for a user through the platform's Edit User form, the following applies:

  • We collect your mobile phone number and carrier information solely for the purpose of delivering device alert messages. Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with any third parties.

  • SMS alerts are only enabled after an administrator activates the SMS Text Alerts option and the express written consent checkbox is acknowledged in the Edit User form. SMS is disabled by default.

  • Message frequency varies based on your configured alert rules and device activity.

  • Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

  • You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by having your account administrator disable SMS notifications in the Edit User form.

  • Reply HELP to any message or contact support@pro-texis.com for assistance.

  • SMS alerts are supported on most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Cricket, Metro PCS, Boost Mobile, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
